Q: Tell us a little about yourself.
A: I have been married for 30 years to my high school sweetheart. God blessed me with a wife that lets me pursue my passion without issue. I am a Christian, and I have a son and a daughter who are the pride of my life. I have been DJing since 1985, and I started in St. Louis, Missouri. I graduated from Broadcast Center in Clayton, Missouri. We moved to Port Orange, Florida in 1991, and have never looked back, I am a truly blessed man!
Q: How did you get started?
A: 1985, a buddy of mine worked at AG Edwards Brokerage Firm, they were throwing a Halloween Party looking for some music, I always had a good record collection so I tried it!!! I was hooked!!!
Q: What’s the best thing about your company?
A: Quality Service. My vast experience gives my clients peace of mind. You can’t fake it, you either know what you’re doing or you don’t, and if you don’t, it shows!
We offer complete Dj services, lighting, up lights, monogram lighting, and we MC your entire event.
Q: What inspires you?
A: As of this year, my wife Shelly and I will be married 30 years. That was a great day in my life, and it is such a joy to be a major part of the best day of my clients’ lives. I enjoy seeing people enjoying themselves and knowing I had something to do with it!
Q: What do you enjoy most about your career?
A: Seeing the look in a couples eye that they just had the time of their life! Also, the many people I have the pleasure of meeting in my years as a professional DJ. Usually, everyone is happy and dressed up ready to have a good time, that’s where I come in, I bring the good time!
Q: What advice do you have for future couples?
A: Don’t take yourselves to seriously! Have fun, life is too short to sweat the small stuff. Do what you want at your wedding and make it your own! The best advice is HIRE PROFESSIONAL VENDORS, relax and let them do their job.
